What's with the Red, and Freeze? ok...i'm confused...when i played lime for free, and asked about red showing up in my playlist...i was told i couldn't get answers cause i wasn't a "pro" customer. now i'm a "pro" customer, and when i try to reach them, my page cannot be displayed, and i stll get red. not only that, but songs not in red get stuck, and i have to shut down and restart to get out of it. as a paying memeber, i thought i'd have tech support to chat with to solve the problem then, but i have to wait on an email? you've already gotten my money....why can't i have the support? i'm here because i thought it would be convenient to hear the songs i like to hear when i wanted to hear them, but no one is available to tell me why i can't do it EVEN AFTER I HAVE PAID!!!! would someone please tell me why this makes sense? |

Yes I'm here. I don't work for Limewire ...none of us do, we are volunteers and just now I was actually answering someone elses polite question. If you would like to start again, by reading the forum rules, and forming a civil question, then someone here will be only to pleased to try and help, but you haven't made a good start:) I'm off to have a drink and watch the telly. So much more rewarding, I'm sure you will agree. |
