Not sure. Maybe. Is there any reason you need to use the save as option? Why not just change download directories or if the file has the same name as another then use the append function. You can download specific media types into different folders if you wish; (a) See How to Change download location (click on link) (specific for folders) or (b) How to move downloads to new location
