limewire is not recognizing my e-mail I purchased Limewire a while ago. When I tried to upgrade, it did not recognize my e-mail address. I used to be with ATTBI.com and now I am with Comcast.net. I even tried my old e-mail address and it did not work either. In the course of all this I received some kind of internal error and lost Limewire completely. I have re-installed the Basic, but how can I get my PRO back? |

When you purchase Pro you get 6 months of updates and tech support...If your require further updates after your 6 months you re-purchase at a discounted price.... So if you dont save the Pro installer to disc and your computer happens to run into problems and your 6 months has passed, you have to purchase Pro again...:rolleyes_2: |
Limewire Took My Money!!!! :nono: I recentloy purchased limewire pro, and when my credit card info was put in it said my address was incorrect and I could not purchase the service. It also stated that my credit card was not charged. Well, guess what??? The 18.88 is charged and no refund and no PRO. I am furious, and how convenient is this, no way of contacting limewire, after all, my email address is not recognized. So now I have paid for something I cannot use or get my money back, if anyone knows how to contact limewire let me know. |
