Problems with clicking usually seem to be Java related, so make sure your Java's up to date. Use the JRE offline installer here

Remove your current Java version before you install the new one

After you've done that, try reinstalling LW also using it's offline installer

Did you change compatibility? Did you install Java first?
Delete LW's preferences folder (make sure LW's properly closed first), points 2 & 3 below will tell you how.

Do you see all the buttons on LW's pages as it tries to install, or are buttons missing? Do you get a blank/grey screen on any pages or do they just freeze?

yep see all buttons they highlight wen mouse is over them but wont click downloaded java first followed all steps even tried frostwire does same there ;s
