 Limewire does not recognize my email address Hello, I purchased LimeWire Pro on November 23rd, and my computer crashed and so I had to re-install everything, including LimeWire. For some reason it doesn't recognize my email address. I still have the PayPal receipt. What should I do, since it is impossible to reach customer service, unless, of course you can enter an email address that the system recognizes!!  MizzBellaBella  |

 Did you buy Pro from www.limewire.com? If you did, check the thread below for links to help (sending a PM to limenathan is probably the best thing to do). Problems getting your LimeWire Pro after payment or other Pro payment issues etc If you bought Pro from another site, your email address won't be in the database & won't ever be recognised.  |
