 Cannot retrieve software download - only 1 months membership! Have only been joined for about 1 month and purchased pretty much all options (paid around £50 for all of this). However I no longer have the same PC, and want to download the software again for my new PC. But when I log in to the PRO support (Download section or any other!), the email address is not recognised!!!! But because I cannot log in, I also cannot contact anyone (other than this forum) to look into this for me!! Is there someone that can contact me directly to solve this, or an alternative email address, as I do not want to be ripped off (having paid £50!!). Thanks, Simon  |
