Unhappy Puchasing Limewire Pro

I tried to buy Limewire Pro for $18.88, at the official website. The website asked for all the purchasing information, however, it kept saying that one or more of the pieces of information was not valid. I tried this five times with no success. I recieved the same message everytime about invalid infomation. I already have Limewire Basic and it works fine I just wanted to purchase Limewire Pro to boost download speed. After unsuccesfully trying to purchase Pro I shrugged it off and would settle for the slower download speeds of Basic. When I checked my bank statement today I have been charged 5 times $18.88 and I can't even access Pro using the e-mail I gave during my so called invalid purchases. I am aware of Limewire's no refund policy, but this is ridiculous. I can't even access a download of Limewire Pro. This is the only form of Tech support and I need some help or answers.
