You are probably just firewalled, and are just not connecting to the network.
Afew more details would help.

Yes i hav firewall but i can open the free version w/ no Prob just trying or waiting for limewire to email me a download link for Pro or something am i just to impatiant its been over 12 hours ago

hmm something sounds a bit suss here...Where did you get Pro from and how much did you pay for it...
