Limewire PRO problems
 

OK. For some reason my spyware program deleted Pro. I already paid for it and now when i download it asks me to pay again.

How can I download the program without having the float more money?

How long since you paid for it? If it's still within 6 months, Go here: http://sales.limewire.com/support/pro_lookup.php, and enter the e-mail you used to purchase it with and it'll take you to your personal download page.

If it's past 6 months, you'll need to purchase it again or download the Basic(Free) version: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

So wait, let me get this strait. You pay for a years use, but you can only redownload the program if its under 6 months? So, assuming this guy dl'ed it 7 months ago, and still has 5 months left he has to basicly pay 2 years for one years service?
Has anyone contacted the BBB about this company?

And while Im on the topic, where is my post I made about contacting these a-holes? Get deleted? Really tactful

When you purchase LW Pro, it's yours forever plus you get 6 months free updates. After that if you lose it for some reason(reformat, virus, bad hdd, ect) You'll have to buy it again(you should have backed it up to a disc). LimeWire doesn't offer a year subscription, or any other type of deal. Just the 6 months free updates. So possibly you were scammed.
