Can't uninstall Limewire 4.12.11
 

I downloaded and installed this from gameradvanced.com. Then I changed my mind (woman's perogative?) and tried to uninstall it using the uninstall option in the Limewire entry in the program menu. The uninstaller completed, but I noticed that there was still an icon on the task bar. When I clicked the icon, it launched the program I thought I had just deleted.

The program is no longer listed in the program menu, and when I check Add/Remove software from the Control Panel, it isn't listed there, either.

How can I get rid of it completely? I really want it off the machine because the machine isn't mine. Thanks for any help.

That doesn't sound to good as the site you downloaded from is not assosiated with Limewire at all...
I'd suggest you do a full AV and spyware system scan, to see if anything nasty has been planted in your computer...
