Your first post's not clear. Are you trying to install LW? Or have you uninstalled it, & now the startup error is popping up all the time?
The BFU fix is for people infected with a worm & whose LW pops up all the time & won't stay closed.

I'm trying to instal, I just got my internet back, and when I whent to open limewire I got that message. so I downloaded the installer and try'd installing it again. i then found the post with BFU and I tried that, when I reinstalled it still gave me that error everytime I open limewire.

That error comes up when I try to open the installed limewire.

First of all install Java. Use the JRE offline installer here. Remove your current Java version before you install the new one.
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp

Once that's done, delete LW's preferences folder. See point 3 here. If you've used much older versions of LW, you could have a folder in point 2's location as well...so check both.
Fixes for LimeWire

Last of all, reinstall LW & make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one).
