What is Bullseye ?

I have been trying to download and install Limewire Pro 4.10 or 4.13 but each time I see a little box which says something like 'Limewire is missing a crucial element which makes it work (namely Bullseye) download Bullseye here'. Needless to say I wouldn't go near it with a bargepole. Anyone any ideas ? Also, is there ANY SAFE site to download Limewire Pro without hassle ?
