Install OK, run, nuttin
 

Latest Java release.

Purchased Limewire, install ok

Run the software and I get the initial splash, then nothing.

Help.

Try the steps in this thread, your problem may ne caused from a corruption in the online installer...;)

Try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE offline version....(5th one down)

Then uninstall Limewire using the uninstaller which is found in start > all programs > limewire...then re-install it using the offline installer...

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder...
