 Unable to downlad limewire pro!!!!!  I purchased the limewire pro option and was advised after I had put in my CC # that I would receive an email allowing me to upgrade from the basic program to the pro version. Two weeks later, I still haven't received the email link and am unable to get assistance. I sent an email to Customer Service, and the only reply I have gotten is that the product is non-refundable. HELLO???? I'm ok with it not being able to be refunded, but could I just get the product???? xguccigrl  |

 Send a PM to limenathan (click on link) & include all the details you have including purchase date, price you paid, any details shown on CC statement. If you paid more than US $18.88 then you didn't buy it from the official site. |
