 For anyone else having problems with the above error, make sure that the file "Wintrust.dll" exists on the target system by running a search for that filename. If you do not see it, then downloading a new version of IE probably will solve the problem. While it is not true that InstallShield relies on IE, it is true that Microsoft relies on IE udpates for updating Windows files. InstallShield, of course, relies on Windows.  |
