Why is the Install Corrupted?!

I recently downloaded LimeWire Basic, and it downloads just fine. The problem is, that when its about 3/4 of the way installed, an error message pops up saying that the "Installation is corrupted, please download and install LimeWire again" which i did several times. I then clicked the link for the offline downloader which had the exact same problem. I tried deactivating my Firewall, but still, nothing. Could somebody please help me figure out how to get the program on my stupid computer!!?

Try installing Java first...

Uninstall your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

Then uninstall Limewire using the uninstaller which is found in start > all programs > limewire...then re-install it using the offline installer...To find the offline installer, use the link below > cancel the installer window when it pop's up and then select the offline installer link...
