LW Won't download right

My Limewire Won't download, i had an older version of Limewire (cant remember which one) and i went to use it and it said i needed to download and reinstall LW. So i got rid of that version and got the new version. But when i click on Download and i get everything going and the window pops up that says Run, Save, or Cancel, i hit Save, and then the downloading screen pops up and and is blank and does nothing.

I'm 13 and i know barely anything about computers, i just wanna be able to listen to my music. Please help.
