purchased lime wire pro and lost it
 

Hello, I purchased limewire pro a few weeks ago- had the smily face and everything fine. My grand daughter helped me. Shortly after I updated some windows files trying to solve a print problem. Everything was worse than before so I did a system restore and lost limewire. I couldn't find a way to get it back so I downloaded the free version. If someone can tell me how to get back the pro version, I would appreciate it. Marie

Hi, I am having the same exact problem, i purchased limewire this past saturday and tonight i had to do a system restore - i went to try to download the program again, but when i enter my email address in, it tells me it is wrong. how can i get in touch with limewire?

if you purchased LW from some other place than LW, then you were scammed...

hi waynmare assuming you bought limewire from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « hit download pro then at the site in the top right corner it will say already payed for pro click that then put in the emial address you gave when you subscribed this should work.

HELP! Installed Limewire last year and have been busy downloading all my favourite songs ready to put onto my MP3 player for my trip to OZ at X-mas but... had problems with my pc and had to have it all re-installed and I've now lost Limewire and all my downloads. Is there any way I can get these back as there's noooooooooo way I can remember everything I've downloaded - Please, please say there is?!?!?!?

If you did a fresh install, you can't get your files back. If you did an upgrade, then your files should still be there.
