Downloaded but won't come up on computer

I have downloaded the new version of limewire and everytime I try to open the program it won't load. I have Windows vista is there anything I have to do different. Also about a month ago it was working properly now it doesn't load at all any help would be greatly appreciated.

Give us some of your System Details. Also, have you changed your Anti Virus lately?

I have broadband and its Windows Vista Home, I have Mcafee Anti Virus, and Lime Wire basic latest version. I don't think anything has been change but not sure. Need any more info let me know. I can go through the whole download and unpacking files but when I click to open the program it won't even try to open. Thanks for any help
