Please Help (tried all versions, all have problems)

I have tried installing every version of Limewire on their site, plus i tried installing an old version which i got from mininova.org. After installing Limewire the setup ask's if i want to run limewire now i click yes and it starts, for a few seconds and then automatically quits, but the icon is still on the taskbar next to the clock on bottom right of the screen i put the mouse over it just about to click it to open and the icon disappears then i start limewire again and the same thing happens.
