email does not work I bought Limewire Pro some months ago. I would like to update the program, but it does not recognize my email address, that was mentioned on the confirmation email. I tried all the other emails that I use, but nothing is working. I tried to reach Limewire support, but it requires the same email address. How to solve ? |
Depends on when you bought your Pro version. The suscription is only good for 6 mnths and just recently been offered for a year. So if its been longer than 6 mnths your e-mail address won't be in the data base any longer. If you want the updates and e-mail support :cheesy: that they offer, then you will have to re-purchase. |
