Installed Java but Limewire 4.14.12 still won't download!

Okay this is my problem. I went to download Limewire everything was working great until it started trying to download Java Runtime Environment. It was taking way to long because I have dial-up. I decided to download Java seperately. It worked. So I went back to reinstall Limewire and it said I still needed to download Java and it started downloading it but it once again takes too long so I cancelled out of the installation. How can I fix this?
