Problem with PRO Install

I recently attempted to download the PRO edition of limewire to my laptop. After going through the payment and installation steps etc.... i trie to start up limewire and a box kept appearing telling me there was an error and it would not start. I went back to Limewire.com and attempted to contact customer services to be told that i could only get them if i was a pro user. I entered the e-mail i just used for my PRO edition and it told me it was not registered. Then nothing would work so i attempted to download the basic edition to see if it would throw anything up about an existing version, but it just deleted all the files. I have now ended up with the basic version, where i started, and as far as i know, the money has been paid. Can anybody tell me how i can rectify this? I could do with speaking to someone, via e-mail as i'm in the uk, to get the download files back for the PRO edition.

I have the same problem in attempting to download limewire-pro after purchase.

If you bought LW from the official site (and weren't just redirected to the official site for download, after your payment was processed on some other site) then send a PM to limenathan.
