Downloading 4.16.3, but keeps freezing up

I have had to uninstall Limewire Pro 4.14.??. I've tried to reinstall Pro 4.16.13, but it gets stuck when it starts " removing Previous versions of limewire"/ execute:"G:unsnitall.exe"/S . I also get NSIS Error : Error launching installer. Anyone have a clue?[/
