installed limewire twice still will not work!!

I have uninstalled and installed Limewire twice and it still will not work WHAT is causing this

. A few weeks ago it was fine now will not work at all what changed ??? Thanks for any help on this matter

Can you explain how LW's not working (eg installation not completing, installed but not opening, opening but not connecting, connecting but not downloading etc)??

Sure when I click on LimeWire on my desktop the hour glass will show for about 3 second problem and nothing happens I never had this problem till now. Pleaese help
My OS is windows XP
I`m using windows firewall
I have 782 megs of Ram.
I have over 20 gigs of harddrive space
broadband connections
