installation error

hi. i have just tried to upgrade to limewire 4.16.11 and i kept getting an installation error. i then deleted my previous limewire(4.14.11), and tried again. i keep getting the same problem. i have a windows vista computer which is relatively new. the previous programme worked fine but now i cant use any. do you have any solutions to this problem?
