limewire won't choose save folder

I just installed limewire and when I open it it goes to 12% loading html engine and the limewire setup wizard comes up. I choose a file to save in then press next but it closes down.

This is my first download and i have no idea what to do

windows xp professional 2002 service pack 2
dsl
