limewire wont install, very confused

Hi, i have had limewire previously but i deleted it (oops)

i tried downloading it a few minutes ago and after it download i go to the folder i downloaded it in and click on open limewirewin or whatever it is anyway nothing happens after that, i checked my start tray (next to time) there is no limewire icon im very confused

Anyway if you know what i should do to fix could you please let me know via email or post here
