Upgraded- library disconnect

I've been using 4.14 for quite some time and have built up a library. I just upgraded to 4.16 and the library is empty. I don't remember setting up a specific folder for this, isn't the library automatically reconnected with the upgrade? I can't seem to find the old library folder.
