Redownload the geuine Limewire from Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « and try a different Antivirus application after you have uninstalled the version you are having problems with. I don't know where you downloaded the version you've got. But it mustn't have been from the genuine owners of LimeWire. Sadly all AV appliciations are not equall in quality and if you haven't been keeping your version up to date with the latest virus signature files you can end-up in real trouble. The real LimeWire has no multiple zip files come with it so it looks a lot like you have been infected with a bug. Read through as many other forum articles as you can keeping an eye out for things that maybe will help you.
One thing you can do is download and try another brand of AV like AVG free antivirus.
Many other brands also will let you use theirs during a trial period so that is one way you can cross-check if something has got past you already compromised version of McAfee AV. Next time you think of downloading a file do a Google search and make sure you go to the genuine website and not just trust some of these other places that advertise freeware. It is very easy to get a compromised version of a file from not going to the genine article.
If you are running Vista or Windows XP you may be able to go back to a restore point somewhere before you installed this bad version of Limewire and get rid of it and it's entrails that way. ( I Just hope that your computer made a restore point before you installed that bad version)
You should be able to get rid of it that way if all else fails.
