Hi,
I have upgraded to 4.16.6 and like previous times when I upgraded to 4.16.x every time I hit the pause button on a download the program freezes, although it seems like it is still running since my connection icon on the system tray stays lit, but I can't get Limewire to respond. So I have to shut it down from the Task Manager! I encountered this problem the last times I upgraded to 4.16 and each time I had to unistall and go back to my last working version. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how I can get around it so I don't have to donwgrade again?! Thanks SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! Last edited by gkamyar; April 26th, 2008 at 10:06 PM. These newer versions of LW seem to be awfully buggie. You may try an older version to see if that will fix your problem untill the LW Boys get their act together. See Link Below.
OldVersion - Newer isn't always better ! Version 4.12.3 or 4.12.6 are probably the most stable versions without the useless Bittorrent attempt. |
