Limewire Setup Wizard wont finish installation

My problem lies is that when my Limewire updated it made me go through the setup wizard and every time I went through the process of setting it up nothing happened, I was right back to going through the setup wizard once again. I un installed Limewire and re installed it once again but all to no avail. I tried to uninstall and reinstall my Java but that did not work as well. So now I am stuck with Limewire Icons and no way of getting Limewire to work. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

I am trying to get the latest update of Limewire. Version 4.16.6

I have made sure Limewire is allowed to work through my firewall but that has not changed anything. I use Defender Pro 5 in 1 for virus and firewall protection.

I'm not familiar with Defender Pro 5in1 but it could be somehow tampering with the installer download or installation process. Maybe try disconnecting from the internet and disabling it just while installing, to see if that changes anything.
