My email address to update lwpro isn't recognized
 

I'm sorry if someone has already addressed this issue, if that is the case, could you please link me to the info...

I purchased LW Pro in February of 2008 and now am trying to update to the .7 version. It will not recognize my email address to do so. Needless to say then, I cannot get tech support from LW either! LW just keeps coming up with the message that I should remember which email I used to purchase it and come back when I have. I only have one email address! Any help that you'd be willing to bestow would be enormously appreciated!
