LimeWire.jar.tmp

Hi

Can anyone please help me.
I have been through my registry and deleted any keys relating to LimeWire, however in my program files folder LimeWire still shows. In this folder there is just one file (LimeWire.jar.tmp) it wont let me delete it the message I get is "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

Is there any other way to get rid of this file, I want it off my laptop!!

Anything else you need to know just ask - anyone please help.
