cannot download on my new computer
 

I bought limewire pro and then my computer crashed, I got a new one and cannot download pro without paying for it again. I have emailed them and got no reponse. When they asked me to put in my email address they say it's not recognized, so when I sent the an attachment with it of an email they sent me when I first downloaded it with my email address on it. Any help anyone can give me would be great. Maybe I sent the email to the wrong place, I don't know. Also my user name and password they sent me does not work. Thank You
