help with windows InstallShield Wizard!

i downloaded limewire, but there is a problem when it downloads the InstallShield Wizard. it will download, it just wont open it up and i dont know how to make it work, and so i cant make limewire open. any help?

if you continue to have problems with the InstallShield Wizard, go back to the download page and try the alternate installer.
