install sheild wizzard

i was trying to download limewire but the install sheild did not complete and i can not get it to what is wrong with it i have more than enough hard drive and nothing was interupted help!

1607 ERROR

First I had the same problem discribed above. Now with the new beta (2.2.1) I get this one:

ERROR 1607: UNABLE TO INSTALL INSTALLSHIELD RUNTIME

o yeah, I have loads of free space, lots of memory and Windows 2000 with all updates and sjit.
