The email address not found
I upgraded to pro on a lap top I am now on a desk top and when I enter my e mail to get pro on the desk top it says it is not found I tried both my emails I only have two with the same results what do I do now?

I have gotten no help here I dont think it ever asked for an email address before when I downloaded it how do you register one? I guess I have to go across town and hope they didnt wipe the comp clean hopefully the installer is still there

When did you buy Pro?
How much did you pay for Pro? One issue is sometimes people's email filters (spam/junk filters) block out the email from LW.org

I am having the same issue. I upgraded a while ago and can not remember the email address I used and have tried them all and none of them are recognized. Is there a way I can find the email address I have on file while I am in LimeWire. I have the old pc hooked up right now and am trying to get Pro on my new PC. Any suggestions?

If you purchased it more than 6 months ago then it will have been auto-removed from their database. Their support is only for 6 months.

to me, the following suggestion is obvious...
ALWAYS SAVE THE INSTALLER FOR FUTURE USE!

Thank you so much, that makes sense now. It has been way more than 6 months. Your right I should have saved the installer, but, I am not quite sure how to do that, so oh well, thanks for the responses!
