LW 4.18 only accessible from admin acct

OS: Win XP pack 3
LW Version 4.18 (fresh download 09/11/2008)

New download Limewire, installed from admin account. Logout & shift to user account, no Limewire visible to even try to run. From admin account can see & runs fine.

Suggestions? Other than deepsixing Windows? It's my daughters machine:bangh:
