Angry Audio/Visual Problems

Downloading movies from Limewire Pro is not the issue as the downloads are lightning fast. However, when the movie is complete, I burn it to a DVD, and either it will have perfect picture with no sound, or perfect sound with no picture, no movie ever seems to download completely (meaning, sound and video). I have wasted something like 20 disks burning movies that just dont work, Im currently using the Roxio Easy cd Creator as my burning software, which has always worked beautifully. I am operating under Windows XP Pro, which again, has never given me problems, i only seem to have issues since I downloaded limewire pro.

And what really kicks me in the butt, is that I paid 34.95 for limewire pro, and I try to login for technical support, and they tell me my email address isnt valid. so Limewire cannot help me at all. I am really frustrated...

Can anyone help??? Please email me with any suggestions, EMAIL EDITED TO CONFORM WITH THE RULES WHICH YOU OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO READ, before I get mad and break my computer lol.

Thanks
Denise
