I bought the big one and there is an update message coming constantly now but when I try to get my FREE updated version, they keep trying to charge me. I see no way to contact them and claim my free update. Is anyone having this problem and, if so, how are you dealing with it?
It has not been even six months yet! Is this a rip off or what?
