There's about 2 years, I've bought Lime Wire Pro, but I did not remember putting my email address somewhere or just subscribe myself to something. 5 days ago, my computer broke and I lost Lime Wire Pro. Now that my computer is repaired, can I download Lime Wire Pro for free (cause I already paid it), or I have to buy it again??

Sorry, but you'll have to pay again or d/l the Basic(free) version. . Your time period for free d/loads would have run out by now.

2) Get Pro for a single payment of only $21.95 (Free updates for up to 6 months)

3) Get PRO for 1 year for only $34.95! (Free updates for up to 12 months)

I bought the big one and there is an update message coming constantly now but when I try to get my FREE updated version, they keep trying to charge me. I see no way to contact them and claim my free update. Is anyone having this problem and, if so, how are you dealing with it?
It has not been even six months yet! Is this a rip off or what?

Well by looking at their site, the latest Version is 4.18.8. What Version do you have ??

Try going to your Pro Support Page and click on Upgrade. I think this will take you to where you can Enter the E-Mail Address that you entered when you First Bought Pro. Once e/m Addy is Added, you should be able to get the Upgrade.
I haven't used LW for quite a long time so I'm going off of Memory. Seems that's what worked for me. :)

Just wondering...What site did you Buy Pro from ???

I've uninstalled and reinstalled limewire at least 30 times but every time it's finished downloading it refuses to open after finishing the installation, even when i go into my computer and click on the program. It worked the very first time I used it but now nothing I do will resolve it. The limewire screen won't even open and no error message pops up either. And no it's not open in my task pane lol. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any tips on how to fix it? Frostwire doesn't work either.

Usually this is a Java issue. Try this suggestion.

Try uninstalling all versions of Java from add/remove programs and then use Crap Cleaner to clean the registry.

Try updating to the latest version of Java here Java SE Downloads (First JRE 1.6.10)Useing the JRE Offline Installer.

I have 4.18.3 for MAC intel and cant really remember where I got it from.
The pro support page, where can i find it?

Hey Jim, The Official LW Site and the ONLY One to D/L LW From is www.limewire.com. Anywhere else, You may have been Scammed.
