About installation of a new version of Limewire
 

Hi,

To successfully instal a new version of limewire, do I need to uninstal the older version?

If I uninstal it , will there be a risk of loosing any of those downloads I've downloaded with it? Will I need a back up copy of them...?

Then one more question...
My current (older) version of limewire suddenly stopped connecting me to internet, there's just all the time a message "starting connection". I noticed this today.
A few days ago it worked just fine.

BUT I did instal updates to my F Secure internet security program so I guess this could be a reason...?
That there's some firewall stopping the connection because of that update.
OR, maybe it's just that the old version has expired?

So, now that I instal the new version which I bought recently, what do I do if that connection problem continues...? I know absolutely nothing about making firewall settings... And I have the experience that this F Secure can be anyways kind of really difficult.

I'd be glad if somebody could help me with these questions.
