LW pro downloaded from too many IPs?
 

HELP!!! I had some connection issues when I bought LW Pro and when I got them covered I went back to get my PAID for service and what I received instead was this message:
"Your order has been used by too many IP addresses for downloading.
If you feel you have reached this message in error, please visit our support pages." I have made numerous attempts to reach someone in CC but, all I get back are the canned messages giving me the same download page from before and I asked for a new download and ever tried to re-purchase and I find that, that's not allowed either. I just want to get what I paid for and the expected enjoyment. Is there anyone here with any advice on this?
