What is the "library5.dat" file used for?
 

Hi,
I'm after technical support of a Forensic nature... can anyone tell me exactly what the "library5.dat" file is used for in Limewire. What data it contains, and how it got there?

library5.dat has a list of share locations & also lists which files to exclude from those locations for sharing. It also lists specific files that are shared :) The library.dat file was previously used for this (in LW 4), but now only used to specify about sensitive directories to share or not.
