msvcp71.dll is apparently already on trevtp's system from what I read in the error message....I'm thinking something corrupted the file and removed an entry needed...

I'm thinking an uninstall of LW, manual deletion of the .dll file and replacing it via the link given to Tech Support Forum (may bry623 and yustr rot in hell)....then installing LW and it should work....
