i am having the same problem, I bought pro (13.95 version) on Dec 21 09 and today (1/2/10) I had to reformat because of a crash- I didn't have a chance to backup anything so I dont have the installer.

I tried to go re-download it and it is asking me to pay $21 more. I did email limenathan as mentioned- I just wanted to post in here to in case he didn't get it.
