If you purchased LW PRO from the official site & your support period is still valid then no. Check your emails for the original email sent to you by LW customer support. That will have the link to your personal pro download page.

How much did you pay? If you can find your Credit Card transaction history, it will say how much you paid? The official name is Lime Wire LLC.

Knowing how much you paid is a telling factor.

I do not work for LW, but I can verify that it seems your email address was/is in their system. I get the impression you only purchased their one-off download with no LW support period (they give you about 24 hrs to download LW Pro after you purchase.) Else, you purchased LW Pro more than 6 months ago. You seem to have a discount offer at the LW site which is usually only offered to those who have recently finished their Pro support period. This renewal discount offer usually only lasts for about a month.
