Limeware install and RPC error

I need some help. I tried installing Limeware and just before the actual install I received the following error message "Incompatable or incomplete RPC Stub", Installation will now terminate", error 0x80070725. I need to know what I can do to correct this or where I can go to find info on this error. Thanks

Solution: Download and install Gnucleus!
