Refund

I paid for the Limewire Pro and have yet to figure out how to download it. It just will not let me get to the correct screen. I was able to find the download area again, but it asks me again for my credit card number and I will not pay for it twice. I really just want to get my money refunded. It looks to me like this is going to be more trouble than it is worth. I really appreciate your help.
